This was a very good experience this time around as opposed to the last. I went in with what I thought was the same issue as the last, t the rep Joe Lapp took care of everything secured a loaner car and with in a day told me what the problem was and had the car ready for me to pick up. Again all n all everything worked out fine. Also the woman sorry don't know her name who set up the loaner car was very nice and helpful to us. Again very nice experience. JDN

Joe was amazing! I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday because the Wi-Fi was not working, and he got me scheduled in so quickly the following Wednesday. He provided me with a loaner car, thoroughly troubleshot the issue, and also took care of our oil change, tire alignment, and fuel injection cleaning service. Not only was everything done correctly, but it was all completed efficiently and with great communication throughout the process. We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Hilton Head Buick GMC and truly appreciate Joe’s outstanding customer service. Thank you again!

My appointment was easy to get. The service advisor, Pete, was on top of things and kept me informed. My truck had to be kept overnight and eventually a new part was ordered. Pete made sure things went smoothly.
