Our Service Advisor, Joe Lapp kept us well informed as to the status of our vehicle and parts that were needed. Joe made sure that we had a ride home since the work was going to take longer than expected. Ed, the gentleman who drove us home was great. We felt comfortable and safe when Ed was driving and his personality is also a plus. Joe has been our Service Advisor for quite a few years. No matter how busy Joe is, he always has a smile on his face and a calm attitude. When our vehicle was finished Joe went over the service details and made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Joe is the best!
