Great service tech, facilities and timely service

I had a great experience again

Always very polite and pleasant to deal with.

I was pleased with the service and communication from the service department. I had to have my vehicle towed to the service department and everyone was helpful, from the call center to picking up my vehicle after my issue was resolved. Good service like this will keep me going back to Hilton Head Buick/GMC.

I damaged a rim doing a u-turn. I stopped by to ask if they thought it could be fixed. They scheduled me for two day later, i dropped it off before work and picked it up at the end of the day, after work. All was perfect. Thanks for making it easy

My car had multiple electrical issues and the service tech spent many hours tracing the issue and fixing the issues. Ashley kept me informed all thru the process and provided a detailed explanation.
